Mikey Giugni of Scar of the Sea will be at Fig & Thistle pouring his delicious cider and wine from the 2013 and 2014 vintages. $20 gets you Biggie on the stereo, cheese and bread to nibble on, some delicious Californian wine and cider to sip on, and new friends to drink with.
Like many things when it comes to the bar, a newsletter has been a long time coming. I think it was on my list of things to do in 2011 when we first decided that we were really going to open this joint. Posting a blog post was on that list as well and to my credit I did post one on the old site, maybe two, but I can't even remember and it's been so long and I don't feel like checking.
